Now more than ever it matters about your mental health.
No matter what you're going through, I'm always here to listen. Whether you know me well or little at all.
Too many people believe they are alone.
You're not, there is always someone, whether it be a friend, a parent, a teacher, work colleague or a stranger.
Remember your thoughts create negativity. Sabotage.
You are your worst nightmare and your best friend.
This is why I cannot stress enough how you speak to yourself matters.
If you're constantly telling yourself, your rubbish, your ugly, your not enough, You're going to believe it.
We say these things more than 100 times a day without even realising!!
We need to start being kinder to ourselves.
Raising others up.
Being there to listen.
Start talking to your self in a positive light.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
Start telling yourself this every day.
Set yourself reminders on your phone or post-it notes.
Even better give yourself the first hour in the morning off your phone.
Too many people today are depressed because of the use of social media and comparing and judgement.
Too many people are left to feel like they are not good enough.
You are good enough.
You are strong.
Your mind is a powerful tool. Start using it for your greater good.
