Start living in the present

So many of us live in the past and forget about the now and the present. 

We need to let go of the old way, the things that no longer matter to us. 

If we start focusing on what we are doing now we can shape a better future for ourselves. 

Letting go

Letting go of the past whether that be past accomplishments or things that worry you and cause you anxiety can be very difficult and I know this first hand. 

I still struggle on a daily basis on such the simplest of things, so believe me when I say I know. 

However, if you work towards this every day to improve your wellbeing, improve your confidence then this will change. 

You need to belive in yourself. 

Act as if you are the person who has no anxiety, who has abundance, who has the confidence.

Be the person you want to be, that you were made for.

A huge part of letting go is forgiving yourself. 

Just like taking 100% responsibility for yourself you need to forgive yourself for your past actions and decisions. 

In doing so can you only truly move forward. 

It's extremely hard to do so, but taking even 10 minutes of your day to work on yourself will help you so much. 

Start saying no to things that do not fulfil you.

Start saying yes to you. Your goals, your dreams.

Put yourself first. 

Don't regret that you didn't make this decision when your old and grey.

Start with the now, today.
