Fabulous journaling
I've mentioned it a lot in my previous blog posts about journaling.
I'm sure by now that 90% of you reading this have yet to start.
Sure you'll say that's a great idea I'll do that.....
A day goes by and then a week and then a month and you still haven't even thought about it.
You may have bought a journal or notebook but never even reached for that pen.
Journaling doesn't have to be difficult.
If you do struggle, then even just putting pen to paper for a couple of minutes is fine.
You don't need to be journaling for 30 minutes to an hour.
It's quite simple.
Writing down your feelings, to writing down your goals and ambitions.
It's completely down to you.
Spending that little bit of time to yourself does wonders.
The more you do it the more it becomes a habit and the more it shapes your everyday life.
It really does help if you do suffer from anxiety and/or other forms of mental health.
You could write yourself a letter or just a few affirmations.
It's personal to you.
There is no right or wrong way to journal.
Take it slow, do not compare yourself to others.
Write something nice about yourself.
Something that you love about yourself.
Even write some inspirational quotes.
Or you could even draw or doodle how you are feeling.
Whichever option or direction you take it's your choice.
It's unique to you.
You don't need to do it every day, but the benefits are unreal if you do.
Do it when you really need it.
When you are feeling low.
When you are feeling high spirited.
When it's right for you.
Be grateful for you.
Write about what you are grateful for.
Show yourself some love.
You are your superpower.
Let yourself shine.
All my love
