Living in a world of Anxiety

Living with anxiety is frustrating

It's the simplest things that people can do that are the most difficult.

Fighting anxiety every day. 

Going out to meet a friend. 

Showing up every day. 

Getting up out of bed can all be hard things to do.

The more we think about it, the more we put pressure on ourselves and the more we talk ourselves in to not doing it. 

We feel like failures. 

100% this is a daily circle. 

You think about it, goes around in your head and your brain says no. 

It can be hugely annoying that this is a repetitive process. 

It aches your heart that this is the way it always is. 

We can change it, but it takes time. 

We need to push through these hard moments. 

It's not an easy journey.

It's hard.

It's a battle.

The improvement you can make is incredible. 

We have to go through the dark days to get to where we need to be. 

Trust in yourself. 

You are full of potential, you may not see it but you are. 

We all have it in us. 

That monster in your head telling you these limiting beliefs is coming from our subconscious. 

We need to be more aware of it and put actions in place to replace these feelings.

It can be anything from clapping your hands together or putting your hands on your knees or even standing up straight. Anything.

Putting the action in place to make you aware of, and to even action you to do something else like exercising or to read a book, go for a walk etc is a good way to improve your mood. 

We often let the whole situation eat away at us. 

Make it much scarier than it actually is but we need to stop this. 

Limiting beliefs are what crush us.

As children, we are filled with ambition and anything can happen.

As we go up we get filled with things like 'you can't do this', ' you need this, to do this'. 

We make it hard for ourselves to do things.

We lose the freedom we had when we were younger. 

STOP.

You are better than this. 

It's all in your mindset.

Improve your mindset and improve your lifestyle. 

Be kinder to yourself. 

Love yourself. 

Say nicer things to yourself. 

Meditate. 

Journal. 

Look after yourself. 

The nicer you are to yourself the nicer you are to others. 

Your health comes before anything. 

Too many people put their health off to please other people. 

Listen, love starts with you. 

You're unique. 

You're incredibly amazing. 

Your potential is infinite.

Grow yourself in the person you want to be. 

But most importantly take good care of you. 

If you ever need someone to listen to you, I'm always here.
