Use this time wisely
Another lockdown means more time to work on yourself.
A lot can happen in a month.
That's exactly the time you have.
From Monday you have time to plan, think and put into action, everything you want to do in this time.
Set goals, set an intention and work towards your better self.
Don't get me wrong I would prefer if we didn't go into another lockdown, but saying that it's actually helped me so much.
I highly suggest getting a notebook or journal and write down anything that comes to mind.
It can be a to-do list, goals, intentions, anything.
Write about how you are going to achieve these things.
You have more 'time' than ever right now, so the only thing that's stopping you is you.
READ THAT AGAIN.
I saw a quote the other day that is honestly such a good reminder:
"If you have time to feel like shit, complain and check social media, then you have time to meditate, write in your journal, create a list of goals, make a list of things you are grateful for and better yourself."
I want to remind you all that even though this is going to be a hard time we have the power to make it a good month.
To change it all around.
Change the way you react.
Stop moping about.
Stop believing you can't.
Stop putting yourself down.
Just stop.
You can do this.
We can do this.
Set yourself sometime now.
It doesn't even need to belong at all.
10 minutes is perfectly fine if more than great let your mind flow.
You can always start at 2 minutes and increase this.
Use this time to better your meals and your physical health.
Prep delicious nutritious food.
Be the best version of yourself possible.

You don't need to wait till January the 1st to take action or to plan your goals.
