The only person standing in your way is you
Read that again......
We get so caught up in our daily lives that we make excuses for ourselves.
It's easier for us to blame things on others or even material things.
But when it comes down to it we are the ones responsible.
You've heard me say it before but we are 100% responsible for our lives.
People really forget this, but it's true.
In today's society, we are lazy. Sad but true.
What's stopping you from reaching your full potential?
Think about how you want your life to unfold in the next 2, 5, or 10 years.
When I used to get asked this question I didn't really know what I wanted to do, where I wanted to go.
But now I've had time for myself I can see a clear path.
Having time for yourself, sitting in silence can do you the world of good.
Meditating on how you want your life to be, is again another habit to get into if you haven't already. It's so beneficial.
Using your time to map out your goals, your objectives on your vision board.
I highly suggest writing things down.
Have you ever thought of something really really good either at night before you go to bed or early morning but were too busy to write it down?..... me too!
Always carry a journal with you. It only takes a few moments to jot things down and you can come back to it later.
Ideas get forgotten so it's so so important to keep these notes safe.
You never know you could be the new Bill Gates or Richard Branson.
Be who you are meant to be.
You're the only one standing in your way.
There's a quote that says:
"The price you will pay to make your dreams come true is much smaller than the price you will pay if you don't"
Another great quote I like is:
"You are the greatest project you will ever get to work on. Take your time".
The beauty is in yourself.
The more people realise this the more people will fulfil their dreams.
Are you on your way to fulfilling your dream?
Have you even got a dream?
What's your ambition in life?
Why do you get up in the morning?
If you can't answer these questions I suggest you sit down and get the journal out and figure out why.
Ask yourself; what does my dream life look like?
What small actionable objectives will get me there?
You are your future.
Meditate on this. Imagine you are and who you will become.
Your life is in your hands. Where do you want to go?
It's all about actionable steps.
Change isn't going to happen overnight.
So stop believing this.
Many people give up because they don't see results quickly enough. When little do they know when they are about to give up they are so close.
Don't give up.
If things don't go the way you wanted, figure out a new way.
Change the plan not the goal.
Build your success, gradually.
Over time you will see it.
It may take months, it may take a year or even a few years.
You work hard enough results are a given.
Trust in yourself.
Believe you can do it.
Let go of the old limiting beliefs you have.
Forgive yourself for the old you and embrace the present and future you.
Watch and only follow inspirational people who inspire you, whether that be on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.
Fill your mind with positivity.
No room for negativity.
Be the best you there is.
All the best,
T
